[Resolved]  Universal Services — washing machine not serviced but charged 7k

We called ifb service center and this person from universal services came for service and said drum is damaged and charged 7450 including consultation charges, but the washing machine is still having same problem nothing is replaced but has given warranty for 4yrs, the contact number for company is always switched off and technician rehan is not responding to the calls.
