We have booked from trichy to velankanni thru your site for the travel on 12/07/19. We were reported to the address noted in our ticket at the right time what was mentioned in the ticket. We (04tickets)were waiting at the t spot but the bus did not come till 3 Am . LUCKILY one third person from another travesl came and told that your BUS no:PY02K4496 MET AN ACCIDENT. Again he told that, so the bus wont come .We confirmed the number of the bus with the message received in our phone. But we tried to call some numbers given in your tickets .Unfortunately no body picked up our call and clarify .
1.How we can trust universal travels if no information in this situation and how we can continue in the midnight to our destination.
2.Can you reimburse the amount Rs.1320 which you collected from us for our journey. When can i get.
3.Please keep 24 x 7 customer care and help the travelers who trust universal as well.
I hope i can get the revert and the money reimbursed.
