[Resolved]  University Of Madras — Did not received Receipt Money debited

This is Jeffery K Joy ( reg no: A17614UCM6235) Completed Bcom (General) at madras university, trying to pay for consolidated mark sheet during the online portal, money (Rs 1, 518.94) got deducted from the City Union Bank account then the university web page got expired. How I will retrieve the money back or how can it reflect on my page and get the receipt.
