I have applied mba certificates from madras university one year back and paid prescribed fee to madras university but till to date i have not received mba certificates from madras university my enrollment number is a8303pba6075. I have tried number of times to university phone number but they r not responding. Please do need full. I am here with enclosing fee payment challan for certificates
