University Of Madras — MY tuition fees payment receipts not yet generate portal showing as payment pending

My name is shobana and register no is C22105PBR6066(MBA-HR)

IDE tuition fees payment done at Date- 25/02/23 & Time- 01:31 PM. But fees receipt not received. I request to you send the receipt.

I send the mail request to finreceipts.[protected]@gmail.com and the reply the mail as payment status is auto reversal please contact your home branch for refund.

i am also checked with my home branch and they say payment was successful, no auto reversal in my account.

I request you to sort my problem and send the payment receipts asap and also clear my portal payment pending.
