[Resolved]  Unknown — cheated using debit card details

Sir, My self BK Sharma, residing in Kendriya vihar sector 56 Gurgaon. My friend who is (illetrate) working as Gardner in KV has been cheated by some one who get his debit card details over phone and did 12 transactions through net approx. Rs.35 thousand. He did not know whereabout or any details of that person except his Mob. No. Enquiry about the service provider has been done in various officers viz. TATA, Airtel, Vodaphone, IDEA but no one has informed the name of service provider. Kindly give necessary guidelines in the matter. Thanks please. BK Sharma
