Unwanted calls — unknown caller

After I ported my mobile number from BSNL to idea I’m getting unwanted calls from jammu and kashmir. I have called idea customer care and informated about this but they are saying Its not their problem and they just cut the call. i have reported here early about this. Today also I got a call from +[protected] .I don’t know what to do please help it’s being such an annoyance to me .
