UP Jal Nigam — Sewer line breakage and water leakage/wastage from more than a year

I am a resident of 11-A govind nagar, near shri krishna janambhumi gate no 3, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh
Here, sewer line work started 2 years ago and from then onwards there are continuous complaints of water line breakage and sewer line breakage due to the use of excavator machine.
Now, from a year, in front of my house, there is continuous leakage of water on water line and leakage from sewer line. We have complaint so many times to our ward member (ward no62) about this but he hasn't given any ear to our complaints.
I also took and shared my complaint on twitter and emailed them to local nagar nigam officers and many others but no action has been taken as of now.
Please look into it as soon as possible as it is damaging foundation of my house.
