With due respect I want to say I am regular customer of Indian oil, Due to agency responsibility, I am facing a lot of problem. So please read the issue and take action against it.

Delivery boy deliver has sold my last gas bottle. due to this my monthly budget disturbed in this regarding I had complaint gas agency but there is no action taken by agency.

After the booking of cylinder agency supplied the cylinder after 8 to 10 days. Due to this I face a lot of problem and we have to purchase the gas from market at high cost. It has incurred lot of burden over us.
It is requested you to go through this matter and try to remove this issue, this will helps us a lot.
So sir please take action on the gas agency and its delivery boy for company reputation and customer satisfaction.
