Dear sir... M vishvanath khandelwal nd my issue it that i have taken one policy of bazaz alize and my policy is laps due to not submitting the payment.. But in that one over payment draft is rs 20000 is avil in that policy... We have already updated my sbi account no in bazaz alize.. Whenever i called costumer care or visiting their office they have committed so many times ur payment is under process this will we credited in 2-3 working days.. But it's not credited to my account nd they giving the false information... I want plz take some serious action against to bazaz alize...
