[Resolved]  Upbhokta Suvidha Kendra — Data balance have not received from reliance care

I had recharge with stv89 on octuber 19, 2015 and according to this recharge i had to get 100mb data per month till three months but i did not get my data till today many time my balance also had been deducted, i complain about it at reliance costumer care but they did not help me
