Upgrad — Admission Token Amount Refund and loan cancellation

I applied for MS in cyber security from Yeshiva University and i applied for the loan next day i.e. 16th June 2022. And also i want to cancel my admission in the same program.

Now I want to cancel my loan which i taken from zest money. I have contacted to the zest money for cancellation of my loan and they said need a official mail from you to cancel my loan.

I taken loan of 2, 75, 000 from zest money. Also i have booked my seat by giving token amount of 25, 000.

I have also requested to my admission councellor (Anshul Arora) to process towards cancellation but not responding and not proceeding my loan application for cancellation.

Kindly need support from your end with provide me the official mail of cancellation loan.

This what I'm asking from they but they are not responding.
