I am Sandeep Sahota, have enrolled MSc in the Data Science Program at Chandigarh University Institute of Distance & Online Learning (IDOL) through upGrad. Due to financial issues, I need to cancel my Data Science Program.
I raised a cancellation request to CUIDOL HelpDesk on 4 March 2023, it’s been more than 45 days they have not yet provided me any confirmation regarding the cancellation. After more than 40 emails CUIDOL HelpDesk responded “We have received your request for cancellation. Your fee is non-refundable as you have requested for refund after 31st December 2022”. When I asked about EMI they responded: “Kindly contact your Loan partner regarding EMI.”
My loan is not yet closed by upGrad even after I raised a cancellation request on 4th March. Me and my family being harassed by my PROPELLD for loan repayments and overdue fees have been deducted from my account. There is no confirmation received to PROPELLD from upGrad / Chandigarh University to stop the EMI. I need them to refund my Fee + extra charges deducted by the bank and close my EMI as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
