Recently took course o[censored]pgrad started somewhere around may end but due to my mother's failure of operation which took place 7 months back we had to rush hospital and went through the surgery again even after that she is not fine and her femur and knee transplant is planned for next week. This is causing me a financial hit not only this my mother is bed ridden, Iam taking care of her and working in night shift to support family. This is my condition and all this was communicated and the necessary documents were provided to upgrad.
To my shock they are not considering this as condition to provide cancellation what else they want me to suffer. I'am not seeking refund for deduction already done only want that upgrad close the rest of loan for which I will not be able to continue. Was this information helpful? |
