Upgrad.com — Admission cancellation and Refund

I raised a admission cancellation request with Upgrad campus on[protected] for a 9 month data analytics course and a placement program for which I took admission[protected]. I opted for a loan provided by Upgrad through earlysalary.
Due to sudden financial crisis and unemployed condition of mine I am not able to pay the EMI for which I intimated and requested Upgrad on[protected] to cancel my admission and till that time my courses is also not started. On this Upgrad requested me to share relevant proofs so that my financials crisis will be justified for which shared all the relevant documents and detail explanations.
However Upgrad didn't considered this and they denied to cancelled the admission. I am being following up since august which has been 1 months now and requesting continuously to consider my case as its a matter of survival for me and my family. But even to this Upgrad team is showing highly unprofessional behavior and denying to cancel the admission which is effective me and my family life.
Moreover earlysalary is asking for admission confirmation from Upgrad for which Upgrad is not supporting and every month I'm been charged bouncing charges. and my councilor is showing me bad behavior and abusive nature his mobile no is- [protected], [protected]
