Dear Sir,

I am Santhosh Jagannath, I am B.Com graduate, i am from Bengaluru, i am working in finance company, i wanted to purse finance course, i called upGrad and asked for the course, upGrad admission counsellor told about the MBA and giving false information and misguided and trapped me. I took MBA course, when is saw the recording video it is just basic finance knowledge, nothing else, but admission counsellor told you will learn in detail. Now I am not satisfied with course, I asked for refund there are not refunding. The admission consoler trapping the student by giving discount, forcing and giving false information, major thing is consoler he called me through WhatsApp,

I Paid 3, 20, 000/- in one time, upgrad sales department just trapping student and looting poor student, and helpless working professional. Like me so many students are raising complaint in twitter.
