Dear consumer helpline I would like to reach this complaint for one online education program that I enrolled for and after completing the program for one year I was stopped from progressing further stating that I did not complete the module is given to me 8 months ago and no notification was given to me 8 months ago to complete the module and I was allowed to progress till now iPad 2 full fees of the program 3.6 lakh rupees by taking education loan and now I have not been given any certificate not an opportunity to complete the program and no help is provided by the student support team by the college to complete it to every attempt any of the text that I failed in September 2020 and I have been left in a blue if you can please help me as it is matter and get me a solution because I see my my money going away which I am paying in EMI from my salary while managing my family expenses and also 12 months of studies that I completed which are available on record with the company. I regularly receive communication by the company to refer more people to their program by email SMS app notification today never received a single notification that I cannot continue with my gosh unless A pass 2 module in September 2020 intake July 13th I was 2021 I was allowed to study and complete my module de baithe and I was studying every single day continuing paying my emails to the course fees that I have paid and then all of a sudden my course has been taken off from my login credentials when there are only four months left to complete the MBA and now nobody is coming forward to show me a way not the college North education provider not the app owner upgrade services so you can please request him to help me out in this matter as soon as possible as it is wasting a lot of time I am in money for me please Was this information helpful? |
