My course was going fine until a credit card fraud happened with me and I'm in a debt of 50000 as I have to bear the charges as per bank norms. I requested cancellation of the course but I was suggested that it cannot be cancelled loan cannot get cancelled as mentioned in the offer letter. I can get a new batch start but that too is chargeable as per thier norms. What kind of thing is this as I cannot pay even my emi amount and they are asking to pay extra for a new batch. But I am in a financial crisis how can I make course payment. In two days the next emi amount will get autodebited. There must be some way as I have documented proof of fraud happened with me and I'm unable to complete course Was this information helpful? |
