Upgrad — Misguidance and suspected fraudulent

I was told that I'll be admitted to IU International University of Applied Sciences, Germany for my masters program by UpGrad .They took the admission fee and then made me take a loan of Rs 325, 000 from Avanse financial services who directly transferred it to Upgrad and then provided me with an offer letter saying that I was admitted to the university but the offer letter was actually provided by the UpGrad not the university and the classes too were provided by Upgrad and not the University.They provided me with complete wrong information and misguided making me believe that the amount is transferred to the university and that I was admitted to the University but the amount was transferred to Upgrad instead and later on kept on misguiding me, destroying me both financially and mentally including my career. They also said that the classes will be provided by the University but upon signing in the UpGrad platform I saw that all the recorded classes were provided by Upgrad and that it wasn't provided by the University. They also didn't tell me that I'd have to sit for an entrance exam and also misguided me throughout.
