Zestmoney — Not cancelling my EMI from zest money

Hi, I had enrolled fro a clark university program from upgrad which started on December 31st, and in the first week of January I had some things at my family due to covid related issues due to which I had to cancel my plan of studying further, when I requested to not debit my EMI, the Upgrad says there isn't any policy of cancelling. The question at that time was why wasn't there a refund policy with upgrad if it's a recognised institution ? I urged and called up many times to upgrad to cancel my education with them but they are asking to either continue next time or take the course. I had then approached zestmoney but they are also not cancelling my EMI, and now I'm in a situation where I'm neither able to go to the course nor able to pay the EMI due to financial support which I have to give to my family. I would urge zestmoney to cancel my EMI.
