Upgrad — Refund harassment from Upgrad

Hi, I had opted for an online bba program from Upgrad for my sister. However I opted out immediately. Since then its already two months Upgrad has been harassing me mentally. Whenever I approach them through mail they give a tentative timeline 10-15 days money will be refunded.
