Upgrad — Regarding cancellation and refunding the amount of the course to Propelld

I joined the course which was suppose to start from 15th June. The marketing advisor (Dabbir khan) said that the classes will be live and the people who are teaching in the course will the same ones who are displayed in the portal. cut to the first class which happened on 2th June which was a recorded session. I raised a complaint asking them to cancel my subscription as i was not given correct information. Nobody addressed my call. Propelld guys misbehaved with me and mentally torturing me for the money as they say they don't have any connection with Upgrad now.
Even after raising multiple tickets this issue is not getting resolved.
Is there any solution for this issue?
