[Resolved] Upgrad — Request A Refund | |
I am a student in the post-graduation program in the life insurance (PGPLI) C16 batch. My online classes have been closed since Saturday on behalf of the upgrad. I have submitted all my needed documents but my loan is not approved, this reason I am requesting a refund is that and as per the refund policy, also attached below, if your loan is not approved the non-refundable amount will be refunded, I am also attaching a photo of the loan being rejected. I have already mailed the upgrad team for a refund and I have already requested a refund. but I have not received any information yet.

This course is about HDFC Life, which is conducted by Upgrad. And before joining this course, I had asked them about the loan and also had it on their site which is written, (16 month EMI plan available, where you start paying from the fourth month of the program) and also attached photo below. But after depositing the processing fees, the upgrad said that EMI will start immediately after approved your loan. However, my loan has not been approved so I am trying for refund. if I get my loan approved, then I would like to do with this plan. (my EMI to start from the fourth month and this should be my plan for minimum 16 months plan) but my loan is not approved That's why i request a refund but I have not received any information yet.
