One of my colleague suggested Upgrad for online MBA. And they contacted me and asked me to pay 25000. I said I cant afford and they asked me to pay 10000. And they didnt tell anything about not giving refund. Not even a word if they warned about not giving refund I wouldn't have paid. But they rushed me and I paid 10000. Later because of loan burden I didnt take any admission and now I asked for refund. When I am asking refund initially they said the 10000 was paid to college and later they said this 10000 can be send to other courses if I like to join. I said I cant join any other and asked for a refund. They are not replying properly. i persuaded them but still no reply about refund. They are not even fearing about consumer forum.
