Hi,
I had enrolled for a course for IIIT-B Data Science course from Upgrad which started in May 2022, and I had a family emergency this month which I explained in depth to my mentor Ayesha. when I requested to not debit my EMI, they said that there isn't any policy of cancelling. T
I urged and called up many times to upgrad to cancel my education with them but they are asking to either continue next time or take the course.
I also checked with Zestmoney but they are also not cancelling my EMI.
I am in serious trouble due to this.
Also, there are around 89 similar complaints. I urge Consumer Complaint forum to take a very serious action against Upgrad. Was this information helpful? |
