UPI — Non receipt of refund amount for failed UPI transaction

With due respect I would like to inform you that on 27/7/2021 I have transferred an amount of Rs 1000/- to my Indian Bank sb ac maintained at Ghoramora Branch using PAYTM UPI from my AGVB ac. Amount was debited by PAYTM but yet not credited to my account no. My UPI reference number is[protected]. For last two days my transaction was pending yesterday they updated my transaction status as failed. But till now I have not recei any refund. While I am inquiring about the transaction one time they said my transaction was unsuccessful next time they said my transaction was successful. I also lodge a complain in the issuing bank but till now I have not received any refund. I am feeling helpless because though PAYTM endure that my money was safe but now they are not helping me at all and doing nothing they told me that they can't do anything about it. So now I feel that I have lost my money only because o[censored]sing PAYTM for my payment. I am very disappointed.
Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest so that I can get my money back.
