First time requiring service from UC, had difficulty in registering our requirement. My address was wrong (not my fault GPS entered without my control and access). Ultimately your staff turned up and said while we asked for intense cleaning, it should be move in service. Went away. My contract cancelled but only half the amount is refunded even when we asked for alternate service and ready to pay. No slot is available. No telephone numbers o[censored]C makes it very difficult for a person like to contact you.
