We booked service for Voltas Windows AC 1.5 on 19.04.2024. Engineer Mr. Shahrukh came and done service on 19.04.2024 but after service AC was not cooling and the engineer did not mentioned that AC gas is finished and he closed the service. After engineer came on 21.04.2024 and checked AC that AC gas is leaked.

My complaint is that the Gas must have leaked during service on 19.04.2024 because before service...

I have booked AC service at my home i.e House' no 286C DG2 Vikas Puri New Delhi 110018. My booking slote is 12.00PM to 2.00 PM on 11 April 2024. But nobody come at my home for AC service.
I have already paid my AC service charges.
So kindly provide your executive for AC service...

I bought a native M1 purifier by Urban Company(UC) from Flipkart. UC keeps on rescheduling my installation request without my consent. I feel cheated by the company due to their bad service. I could not even reach any of their supervisors to get a resolution....

Full Description : My split Ac was working and was cooling sufficiently...while the UC personal started working it stopped cooling after whatever he has damaged with the wires and I don't know what...now the UC partner is mentioning that he is transferring to senior...Now after reschedulling the expert came on 3rd April'24 and refused to fix my damaged Air conditioner.

Booked the services Complete Bathroom Cleaning, Refrigerator Cleaning,
Occupied Kitchen Cleaning with appliance.

But Occupied Kitchen Cleaning with appliance includes refrigerator cleaning. When tried to cancel Refrigerator cleaning service separately, it did not allow.

I am unnecessarily charged for service which is included and part of another whole service....

Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Urban Company regarding the substandard carpet cleaning service I recently availed from urban company. On 22 Mar 2024, I engaged Urban Company for a carpet cleaning service, believing in company's reputation for quality and professionalism. However, I am deeply disappointed to report that the service resulted in significant damage to my carpet due to the improper use of chemicals....

My siemens washing machine was booked for repair in the month of Oct 2023 and a professional came and repaired it stating shaft and bearing of the machine has to replaced. And the man stated stainless steel shaft is best and replaced and charged us rs.6000/- But he fitted it wrongly and the machine conked off and we complained to urban and they sent another technician who came fitted correctly but during the rinse cycle it was making heavy...

It is very disappointing that such a big networked company has suspended my account without any prior information. Being a plus member i have been suspended unable to place any order and they are not giving any information regarding this. I have tried to contact them across all available social media platforms but no response.This was pathetic and never expected!! This company make us used to it and then they suspend us without prior and...

This lack of professionalism not only inconvenienced me greatly but also reflects poorly on your salon's reputation. I made arrangements to be available at that specific time, and the no-show has caused me significant frustration and wasted time....

I have a booked a Gas stove service on 24th Feb, i have paid the charges for visit, technician was insisted to change the pipe and knobs. The price of pipe was 545 they charged which MRP was 345, i have separate charge for technician 199 and knob charges were 200 each, when I said high he reduced to 150.
When urban company change against their service why the rates are higher than MRP....

I got my Samsung LET 40'' TV motherboard repaired. The Urban company technician took the TV to his workshop and delivered back after 5 days. However, the issue cane back. I again raised a revisit from the technician and he again took the TV to his workshop. This time he delivered back the TV after 12 days. On the 11th of February, 2024, I booked a plumber from Urban Company. The company happened to send a plumber by name Akshay ([protected]) who fixed the bathroom leakage issue and the kitchen tap issue. He demanded Rs. 900 for the service and I negotiated to a certain extent and he accepted Rs. 850 as his service charge. I had requested him to replace the kitchen tap after giving him a new tap. This company does not have a customer care no. How can that be allowed. Consumers / Customers please raise this issue. They dont provide refurnds. Taking customers for granted...
