My Name is Subhash, I am urban company customer from 3 years . I have been a loyal customer and many time provided my valuable feedbacks when got call from bangalore for feedback to improve services
I was a bit occupied recently for over a year so never shared feedback except for ratings. I use this account on my two properties one rented by my friends and other my own house where I stay
I see that my service were blocked in June post my shared property person ordered some body massage and that was not good where the person staying there immediately raised this on support and they raised other replacement service immediately
But post this after 3 days when I was trying to book other electrician appoint to my house this is not being proceeded then when reached customer service they stated its blocked and did not provide any reason . Later raised on social media lite twitter and instagram but no proper response so reach National Consumer helpline where The reason for blocking was mentioned as asking for sexual favours.
This came as shock to me as there was no investigation done, if you thought so and it was true then services to that house should have stopped or the mobile phone from which the service was ordered should have been placed on the block list. Secondly no investigation was done to verify this, and this was blocked post we complained about the service and you provided the service replacement not the other way around where the massage professional raised the complaint and left the place. Professional might be covering only becasue we raised Issue
Being so loyal customer for so many year to block my service is very unfair and you should have checked my other appointments I booked and do proper investigation, its not only about blocking the services but its now about false alligation to block the account that concerns me
I want to see if we can sort this before i drop the case on consumer court suggested by NCH (National Consumer HelpLine) to save both of our time Was this information helpful? |
