I had booked for intense cleaning of my bathroom on 15/7/2023, 3:00 pm. Professional named Javed was assigned for the task. On arrival, initially he was in no mood to clean the bathroom making lame excuses of hard water stains. Upon our insisting he started scrubbing the bathroom with steel loofa instead of the scrubbing machine provided by company. On our asking about the machine, he rudely passed a statement that we should be concerned with cleaning only whether it is done with loofa or machine. When we insisted on using the machine for better cleaning, he replied rudely that his machine was damaged due to rain & immediately packed his stuff and left our house without completing his job. He left our bathroom uncleaned with all the chemical and dirt in the bathroom. He didn't give us a chance to ask him anything about his disgusting service.
We immediately made a SOS call at customer care where we spoke to MADHU CHAUDHARY for almost half n hour regarding his poor service. SHE SPOKE TO THE PROFESSIONAL over con call & he admitted for his faulty machine. That lady only apologized on behalf of company & closed our issue to avoid further unnecessary calls from the company .
But to our surprise, we have been receiving calls from URBAN COMPANY professionals continuously since 2 days starting early in morning to late at night. All the calls are from diff numbers registered under URBAN COMPANY NAME. We received the calls and the customer care people were connecting us to the professional who spoke to us rudely regarding payment and his job at our place. What is the point of connecting a customer care call with the professional, where he is being given the liberty to listen to our conversation and interrupt us rudely. Everytime, the call was connected to professional who argued continuously and denied for his pathetic service.
We have all the recordings of calls with Madhu Chaudhary at customer care and other calls made by URBAN COMPANY people. Almost 70-80 calls have been made till date irrespective of time .
My bathroom cleaning booking turned into a headache for me coz I have to deal with such unprofessional people & company who are only scamming people through their disgusting service. Was this information helpful? |
