I have taken AC service on last week of August.The service guys were rude & behaved badly.So we raised a complaint with UC, but next day again, the same technician came as he had forgotten one of his repair item but without informing & without prior appointment.So I returned his item but he started asking me to take back the complaint made against him the day before so I felt very insecured as I refused to do what he was demanding & he became aggressive. I banged the door immediately & again raised the complaint to UC with security issues & UC doesn’t have any contact no., neither any email to which I can get immediate help, so gave them SOS.
Thereafter I received many calls & messages regarding the issue & hence closed the complaint after UC ensured me of complete help.
But when I tried to book for services in the month of October, I found that my account had been inactivated without informing me via call or mail.
When somehow from my husband’s profile I reached the customer care they said they can’t help me activate the account as they are not authorised & they did not even let me speak to their any senior manager regarding the issue neither they escalate the issue & tried to ignore the total query, only SORRY was his answer & now I am disgusted to deal with their such unprofessional attitude.Kindly help!!
