The team sent from urban company to install the ac have damaged my ac to say the least. They have done a shoddy job of the earthing and sleeve, leaked the gas and have also bent my pipes. Urban company claims to give no warranty on the job for some reason, saying that because I have moved the ac to the new location they won't cater to the problem. Was this information helpful?
