I bought a pack of best brown eggs, and i later found that they are rotten. I checked the seal that has given on the eggs, it said, apr 24th 2016.
But it has been delivered in june 4th,
The manufacturer says it has only 15 days shelf life.
When called urdoorsetp.com, they did not reply me.
The representative was asking me rudely, "why at the time of delivery, have not you check the manufacturing date?"
Then i said, "i trusted you that you would provide me quality and fresh things". "it is your duty to check the items before dispatching them to the customers".
She said, give me time, and then no response at all.
I waited patiently in the customer care line, only to get this irresponsible reply.
I wrote to their email id as well, but no reply for that too.
