Urdoorstep Eretail — money deducted but didn't get cured today

Yesterday i ordered few things over ur door step mobile app. Everything came except curd. But they dedected the money from ur door step wallet for it. How they can charge when they don't deliver? Also didn't get it on time, it came very late. How can u write slogan like "freshness deliver before 7am." it's all fake.
Please check n revert back the money in my wallet for the product you didn't deliver.
