Hi - I have an amount in Urdoorstep account and I noticed the website is not working past one month. The customer care phone number is not working so is the email id. How should i go about claiming the refund.

I checked all my emails/sms's but there is no intimation of shutting their website etc. I'm wondering is this another case of fraud. How to go about filing complaint?...

I've a balance of rs.1503/- in my urdoor step account. Now that their app and customer care number are not working. Their phone number given for customer care is[protected] which no one attends, only an automated voice command comes in that asking to hold the line. I subscribed (Rs. 1000) for farm connect organic milk on 5th may 2019 and the product was not delivered as urdoorstep do not have service.in mid may 2019 i requested for refund and inspite of making so many reminders and calls to shabnam (Customer representative) i did not get my money back. Till now i got many dates from shabnam and not even one single commitment fulfilled....

I subscribed the Urdoorstep.com services for 1 years in Bangalore at Ramamurthy Nagar area. I moved to other location where Urdoorstep.com services are not available. Urdoorstep.com also confirmed the same. After getting confirmation I requested for refund of the amount in my wallet to my bank.(provided bank details)

There was not a single response after that. It is been two months now neither they are totally silent on refund...

I have requested to transfer the money in my urdoorstep wallet back to my bank account since i want to close the same. I have been raising request for the same to their customer care id [protected]@urdoorstep.com and also their whatsapp account. Even after following up so many times, this is still not done. Not even a trace of progress about what is happening....

I had done a wallet recharge of rs.1000 in urdoorstep app on october in order to get the milk and curd daily subscription. I had to contact there support team around 10 times from then for default in the product delivery. Also if i order 3 packets of milk, they provided just 1 packet and never did refund for it. I have stopped the daily subscription because of there poor service but tried ordering some groceries as there is a balance of rs.736...

I had placed an order on 16 Sept 2018 with transaction ID : ZP575fbe0860f72 for an amount of Rs.1575. The order was not processed for nearly three to four days.
When contacted the customer care through telephone[protected], Mr. Abdul had recommended to initiate the order again. As said a new order was again placed for the same item on 20 Sept 2018.

No service in my apartment for a long time, each time i placed an order they wouldn't deliver. i have since asked for refund via phone and email, and despite reassurances over months, they have not refunded 520 in my wallet to my bank account.

this is the email they sent me a month ago, without any sort of complaint number to follow up. they havent responded to all subsequent mails. I've been asking for a full refund.

There is an amount of rs 500 in my wallet.so i applied for refund on feb 2018.since then i followed up through mail and phone, many times also mailed them to [protected]@urdoorstep.com. Everytime they say it may take 1 week or so, but so far for 5 months I did not get my money back and I hear same story every time.

This is a fraud company, guys please...

In Feb 2018, urdoorstep stopped services in my area 1st block, HRBR Layout. There is an amount of 1273 in my wallet and I came to know cancellation of services once I placed on order for Rs 1113.

Yesterday i ordered few things over ur door step mobile app. Everything came except curd. But they dedected the money from ur door step wallet for it. How they can charge when they don't deliver? Also didn't get it on time, it came very late. How can u write slogan like "freshness deliver before 7am." it's all fake.
Please check n revert back the money in my wallet for the product you didn't deliver....

Whenever i order food items using my prepaid wallet, one or two items will not be delivered but amount gets deducted.

It is like cheating, they take order, confirm and deduct money from consumer prepaid wallet without delivering the item.

To get the refund i have raise multiple tickets sometimes i have to make multiple calls.

I have been raised 10 times to the customer care about not delivering the daily product (Milk). They give false commitments like in 2 hours or 3 hours they will deliver and you have to call them after 3 hours to get the amount refunded as they wont deliver as committed. They did not deliver products as promised and now are not refunding money to my back account since 3 weeks. Everytime they say it will be done but my money is still not refunded.
