I subscribed (Rs. 1000) for farm connect organic milk on 5th may 2019 and the product was not delivered as urdoorstep do not have service.in mid may 2019 i requested for refund and inspite of making so many reminders and calls to shabnam (Customer representative) i did not get my money back. Till now i got many dates from shabnam and not even one single commitment fulfilled.

Updated by Naveen Ramu I subscribed (Rs. 1000) for Farm connect organic milk on 5th May 2019 and the product was not delivered as Urdoorstep do not have service. In Mid May 2019 I requested for refund and inspite of making so many reminders and calls to Shabnam (Customer representative) I did not get my money back. till now I got many dates from Shabnam and not even one single commitment fulfilled.
I provided all my account details as well.
