Urdoorstep Eretail — no refund to bank account

They did not deliver products as promised and now are not refunding money to my back account since 3 weeks. Everytime they say it will be done but my money is still not refunded. Their manager as well had promised refund but has not done so. They have a compulsory rs 500 minimum recharge. This is why i'm stuck with rs 468 in my wallet. Please help me get my money back asap.

Deliveries fully stopped since feb 2018. Neither are they delivering groceries of equivalent value, nor have they refunded my money. Have filed complaint with their customer care, it remains unresolved.

My wallet balance is over Rs 2500! This is plain cheating!
