Urdoorstep Eretail — non-refund of balance money

I've a balance of rs.1503/- in my urdoor step account. Now that their app and customer care number are not working. Their phone number given for customer care is[protected] which no one attends, only an automated voice command comes in that asking to hold the line. I have written emails also to them at [protected]@urdoorstep.com but i still didn;t get any response ont he refund. There is no way to reach them. So, i wish to know lodge a compliant here and like to know how can i get a refund of the balance money since it is stuck there for more than 2 months.
