Urdoorstep Eretail — poor customer care and not reverting back money

I have been raised 10 times to the customer care about not delivering the daily product (Milk). They give false commitments like in 2 hours or 3 hours they will deliver and you have to call them after 3 hours to get the amount refunded as they wont deliver as committed. Very very poor customer care. I sent email many times, didnt get any response and they are not refunding my amount as well. As there are many complaints raised related to this, we need to take some action against them. I am tired of following up with them.
