Urdoorstep Eretail — refund amount from urdoorstep.com

I subscribed the Urdoorstep.com services for 1 years in Bangalore at Ramamurthy Nagar area. I moved to other location where Urdoorstep.com services are not available. Urdoorstep.com also confirmed the same. After getting confirmation I requested for refund of the amount in my wallet to my bank.(provided bank details)

There was not a single response after that. It is been two months now neither they are totally silent on refund of the amount.

They willingly kept Rs 1000 as minimum recharge and then avoid refunding the amount also if you move to new place where they cannot serve.

I need my money back. Customer care department is very bad.
