I had placed an order on 16 Sept 2018 with transaction ID : ZP575fbe0860f72 for an amount of Rs.1575. The order was not processed for nearly three to four days.
When contacted the customer care through telephone[protected], Mr. Abdul had recommended to initiate the order again. As said a new order was again placed for the same item on 20 Sept 2018.
Failure to deliver the order, Mr. Abdul said that refund would be initiated as urdoorstep does not comply its services to my apartment. He also mentioned that the refund would be initiated to the wallet and then to the bank account and this would take 3-5 days.
On 25 Sept 2018, The amount was refunded to my wallet with Transaction ID : 64404. I would like you to please transfer the amount to my bank account as soon as possible. The money in urdoorstep wallet cannot be utilised as the company does not service to my apartment. So, it is recommended to transfer the amount to the bank account.
