Urdoorstep Eretail — transferring back wallet money to bank account

I have requested to transfer the money in my urdoorstep wallet back to my bank account since i want to close the same. I have been raising request for the same to their customer care id [protected]@urdoorstep.com and also their whatsapp account. Even after following up so many times, this is still not done. Not even a trace of progress about what is happening.
