Hi - I have an amount in Urdoorstep account and I noticed the website is not working past one month. The customer care phone number is not working so is the email id. How should i go about claiming the refund.

I checked all my emails/sms's but there is no intimation of shutting their website etc. I'm wondering is this another case of fraud. How to go about filing complaint?
