After raising complaint engineer attended and checked but he didn't resolved the problem he given one receipt and told me to return back that fan with receipt to dealer. Next day i returned fan to dealer but he didn't replaced or repaired he told me that he doesn't have stock to replace he told me to wait until stock comes. I felt very bad about usha service centre because engineer not visited with proper spare parts at customer place. Very bad experience with usha fan next time i won't purchase or recommend this fan to anyone. Was this information helpful? |
