I have applied for change in Name and address in my PAN Card to UTI Infrastructure Technology And Services Limited on 9th Nov 2015.

They clearly told that you will receive PAN card within 21 days after application.
But its status is still 'CONFIRMATION AWAITED FROM ITD'.

Please take action on this as this is common complain raised against UITITSL.
