Sir, I have applied PAN card and payment was done through net banking and documents was sent on 30/09/2015 to Mumbai UTI. And they received documents on 03/10/15 by courier...but the status showing application receipt pending after 11 days also same status showing...and If I Call to their contact numbers no one is attending a call.
