Uti Infrastructure Technology & Services Limited [Utiitsl] — Ekyc error pancard

I applied for pan card on 29/12/2021. My Application number is N[protected]. i opted for Aadhar based ekyc while applying pancard. After entering the otp for Aadhar in the required field, the webpage is going back to the same page (Regenerate pan online application form). i tried many times on the same day and on different days. but the result is same. there is no option given for applying refund. and there is no alternative given in the website to change the mode of kyc.
can you please solve the issue as soon as possible.
