Hi There,

I was applying for a duplicate/reprint of PAN card as suggested on below link

Completed the form on

Completed the application/Payment Made

It showed a server error, money got deducted from the account and I don't have any acknowledgement or coupon number for my application.

I need a refund or coupon or acknowledgement number of application.

There is no Support Helpline or Email is provided on the website.

Help needed from Concerned People.
