I have applied for the new pan card on 06/08/2016. There was no option to fill the AO Type and Location of AO. As a result an incomplete online application was generated and the transaction fee of rs 107.00 was deducted from my account. This was the problem of the portal and no mistake was done from my side. The incomplete form is of no use to me. I no longer want to apply for the PAN. Please refund my charges. There is no email id for the complaint listed on website and there is no sort of customer support. My PAN Card is not delivered to my resident address since 2months have been passed and after making 4-5 times call they are saying that they had returned it back to mumbai office and as the same they had been delivered of my mom and sister at same time and at same address...PLZ DO Something
