I applied for a pan card online on 2/17/23 . Initially I tried to pay with my credit card and it looked like the payment went through but I did not receive an acknowledgement so I resubmitted payment through HDFC bank and received confirmation of payment from my bank. However I did not receive any acknowledgement number or confirmation of payment made from UTITSL. I was not able to submit my supporting documents as well and I do not have an acknowledgement number to track the status of my application. Kindly advise on how I can receive a full refund of dues paid
